Softball Program Overview

Avon Little League offers various softball levels for girls Little League Age 5 to 12 beginning with the Farm level and progressing up to the Majors level.  Little League softball uses a calendar year January - December to determine league age.  For 2020, girls born between January 1, 2007 and December 31, 2014 are eligible to play softball.  All girls who wish to participate in softball in 2020 must register and girls new to the league must provide a birth certificate. 

Safety is of paramount importance.  Therefore, no child, regardless of age, will be allowed to play in a league deemed by the player agent to be beyond his/her demonstrated skill level.
